GIRL’S 2022 DISTRICT FOOTBALL CHAMPIONS
On Tuesday 29th September 2022 at Dartford FC, Princes Park, eight girls from years 5 and 6 from Horton Kirby C of E Primary School represented the school in the Girls Dartford District Football Tournament.
All of the girls involved played phenomenally and were a credit to the school with their exceptional attitude, behaviour and passion.
The girls produced some brilliant results in their games and even progressed into the cup final the following day.
On Friday 30th September 2022, the girls battled hard, and the game ended up having to go to penalties.
Ava took this in her stride as our fantastic goalkeeper who made some crucial saves. We also had some brilliant goals scored! With great teamwork, determination and effort came great success for the girls!
